Hi, I’m Kieran Feetham – triathlon coach, endurance enthusiast, and

I’ve worked with athletes from all walks of life – parents,
professionals, and total beginners – to help them discover the joy of

Working with Kieran as our coach has been great; he keeps our training varied and interesting whilst working towards our race/event goals. Kieran has also managed to allow Emma and I to train together whilst focusing on our individual targets but in a group setting. Kieran asks for regular feedback and adapts the blocks to fit work/life changes in. Overall a great coach who listens and wants us to enjoy the training as much as to succeed
Kieran has reframed my outlook on the value and importance of getting back to the gym with the benefits of not only coming back from injury but also in setting realistic targets making myself stronger overall. Kieran has been extremely positive and motivating where it comes to building gym confidence as it’s easy to get intimidated or overwhelmed when first going back or joining a gym. His expert knowledge in the physiology of the body in relation to training and rehab is exemplary and for this I’m extremely grateful as through the hard work I can see the results. He’s shown me that I can do where I believed I couldn’t.

Yes! Every paid program includes email support. You can ask questions anytime, and I’ll guide you through your training, form corrections, and weekly adjustments if needed.
Absolutely. Many of the programs are beginner-friendly and include step-by-step instructions, training schedules, and easy progress tracking. You don’t need prior experience to get started.
